Country of origin: Russia Federation
Quantity: 8 TO 10 million Barrels/Month
Transaction Type: Term
Contract Period: 12 months with possibility of rollover and extensions of (36) months with 2 months ahead declaration
Price: Fixed Gross US $68:00 per barrel FOB basis
Delivery & Destination: FOB Novorossiyk or FOB Rotterdam
Inspection: SGS Agent or similar Agent
Performance Bond: 2% of monthly value by Seller
Payment Term: RDLC and MT103 after terms of contract have been met and documents for made shipment
