RFQ Details

I have a provider who is ready to issue me a $500 million leased BG so I can have it monetized. In order to move forward with this transaction, the provider is asking for a Bank Control Letter (BCL) saying they are ready willing and able to issue an ICBPO or payment guarantee for the lease fees - 8+2. I have the BCL document if you need to see it. It simply says if the bank likes the instrument, they will monetize it.

I am offering a finder\'s fee if you can find me a bank or monetizer who can issue me the BCL. Like I said, I have a copy of the BCL that I can send you if you need it.
