One of our local clients in Chicago, Illinois, has recently purchased a slaughter house that can handle up to 2000 goat, sheep or lamb per day. Based on your lifelong experience in this field, we request you to propose us a new or used plant for each of the following processes that can handle waste from the above slaughter house (in order of priority):
1. Casing Manufacturing Plant (from Intestines)
2. Blood Drying Plant
3. Blood Separation Plant (for Blood Plasma)
4. Meat Rendering Plant (to extract fat from trimmings)
5. Meat Meal Manufacturing Plant (using leftover meat from #4) 6. Gelatin Extraction Plant (from bones)
7. Bone Meal Manufacturing Plant (from bones from #6)
8. Soap Manufacturing Plant (using fat from #4)
9. Glycerin Separation Plant (from #8)
10. Animal and Poultry Feed Manufacturing Plant (using products from #2, 5, and 7)
We will be pleased to provide you a Block Flow Diagram, if required. Please quote price for each plant delivered to our client including shipping, installation, start-up and training of their personnel to operate the plant. If you need more information, please send us a QUESTIONNAIRE to be filled by our client so that you can find a suitable used plant or design and build a new plant to match the amount of wastes generated by the above slaughter house.
