"Veropharm" is pharmaceutical company founded in 1997. It comprises three well-known Russian pharmaceutical enterprises - Voronezh chemical-pharmaceutical plant, several facilities of Belgorod Vitamin plant and "Lens-pharm" plant.
"Veropharm" Ltd. constantly increases the company value by manufacturing and offering a balanced, regularly renewed portfolio of pharmaceutical products, that provides achievement of the principle company's strategic aims. The interests of the company are concentrated in the Russia's and CIS's markets of the prescribed and OTC products, plasters and vitamins. The main methods of portfolio formation are the constant expansion and renewal of the products and transformation from "umbrella" brands to individual brands.
For this purpose at the end of 2001 Veropharm have purchased the pharmaceutical company "Lens-pharm" which portfolio is corresponding with Veropharm medicines. "Lens-pharm" is Russian pharmaceutical company producing 25 items of anti-oncological drugs and subsidiary therapy in 40 different forms and doses.
The medicines produced by Veropharm are included in optimal patterns of treatment of the most widespread diseases. The whole assortment exceeds 200 items including new plaster products and polyvitamin complexes.
