Purchasing Rough Diamonds

For any seller who owns rough, uncut diamonds, the buyer will purchase very large quantities of these, with a capacity to buy several hundred thousand carats per month and more, for a minimum 12 month contract.

1. year contracts are preferred.

1. Carats sized stones and up.

Unpolished, uncut, rough diamonds.

Clear or white.

NO fluorescents.

EVERYTHING is transacted, verified, and conducted through Brinks, New York.

The diamonds must be brought to Brinks in Manhattan, and EVERY ASPECT OF THE DEAL is handled through Brinks, New York, including POP, POF, and transport.

NO SWIFTs, SBLCs or other financial instruments are used nor needed.

Cash and Carry.

Buyer reimburses the seller for the associated delivery costs at closing (CIF).

If the diamonds owner is ready to sell, all they need to send are:


1. The Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

1. The Manifest.

1. The Full Corporate Offer (FCO).


That's all.


Once those are obtained, the buyer's LOI will then be provided and a principal-to-principal phone call will occur between seller and buyer (or their actual authorized agents), and the deal will commence.
