Dear Sir/Madam,

I have started a new business after loosing my job. I am biologist and exploring biotech and food industry for their need. I have noted that there is a great demand of food additive particularly vegetable source of gelling agent edible agar agar. I wish to have your best prices and few hundred grams of samples of different gel strength (800- 1200g/cm2). I really appreciate your help and support.

Also same for the Carrageenan powder if you do have. We are still doing pr market research and clients want to try sample and compare as food industry does not want variation in their quality, texture and taste of their products.
