RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

Presently i represend a very large financial institution in Switzerland. We are serious buyers of large amounts of gold dust.

The procedures in the attachement are very strict and unchangeable. They cannot change.

When you agree with these terms you can be sure of a partner wich has the value and financial tools to coorporate. We will start on a short term of time.

As a trial 10 to 50kg. Afther that 500kilo of gold dust with the possebiliy to buy more.

Please reply only with your agreement or disagreement, because, as i said, other procedures are not an option for us.

Soft Letter of Intent
COMMODITY:
Alluvial Gold Dust
PURITY:
88% + plus
ASSAY:
Final assay to be made in Buyer's refinery in the Zurich,
Switzerland
PRICE:
Negotiable, to apply for each kilo of pure gold returned by
the refinery
QUANTITTY:
10 to 50 kg in trial shipment,
In regularly delivery 100 kg monthly or better,
DELIVERY:
CIF Buyer's destination Switzerland, Zurich.
Seller or his representative may accompany the goods until
full payment.
PAYMENT:
Within 1 fo 5 working days by wire bank transfers to
Sellers's bank account, upon satisfactory assay report from
refinery.
SELLER'S
OBLIGATIONS:
Export taxes, freight cost, documentation and all expenses
during exportation to the buyer's destination.
BUYER'S
OBLIGATIONS:
All duties taxes, customs clearance, VAT taxes, taxes in
airport of destination, and security transport from airport to
the refinery,
SUMMARY: We do not travel to view gold or discuss sales contracts and
all our business is conducted only at the refinery's secure
We never make any kind of payment in advance, before the
safe delivery and final assay report of gold at our selected
refinery.
