We are from Laiwu Steel Group, We need import large quantity of mill scale every year. We have our own import license for mill scale. pls check the requirements as below:
Mill scale is a kind of slag from manufature of Iron and Steel, scaling from steel rolling.
1.It is the specifications of Mill Scale which as below:

SiO2+CaO : 3.00% Max Above 3%
Al2O3 : 2.00% Max

S : 0.08% Max

As 0.1% Max
MOISTURE: 6.00% Max, free moisture LOSS at 105 degrees centigrade.
PHYSICAL SPECIFICATION (on natural basis)
0mm 10mm : 90%Min
Above 10mm : 10%Max
2. Destination port: Qingdao port, China
3. Price: pls give us your best CFR Qingdao per dry metric ton including CCIC charges.
Seller bear CCIC charges, we can arrange AQSIQ for seller
4. Inspection: CCIC PSI, Quantity & Quality Certificate which issued by CCIC.
