Hi,

I'm looking for chilled carcass lamb max 18kg. Approximately 30 tonnes (30,000kg) per week

Below is more info about product:

SPECIFICATION:
A First class quality 100% male & female with max. 12 months of age. No permanent incisor teeth or Maximum (1) one, not registered during 12 month ago. The meat should be cleaned, slaughtering, according the ISLAMIC rules, weighting max 18 KGS.

EXCLUSIONS:
Visible lymphatic gland removed. Cartilages removed (legs; photo attached). Blood clots and blood stained meat removed. Infiltrated meat with blood removed. Tendons Removed.

PACKING:
Carcasses should be wrapped in stockinette before being transported to the chillers. Each carcasses to be packed in separate stockinette.
