led grown tube lights

Can you provide me with a 6 foot LED tube that can be submersed into water? I would need one with 430 nanometers of blue light and one with 600 nanometers of red light? I would highly suggest the power converter be outside of the tube, and thus outside of the water. This is for growing algae in tanks. If I can prove the lights work, they would be ordering thousands of them for the production of biofuels.
