Looking for Automatic spray paint machine (Quantity: excellant)

Dear Sir,

We request your kind help in providing us automatic spray painting machine without manual intervention (for painting alone)

We are the manufacturers school children writing slates. We use special enamel paint (oil based) on Iron / Hardboard sheets of length 9.5 x 7.5 and 10 x12 inches approximately. Iron sheet guage is 0.4mm and Hard Board guage is 2.5 to 4mm thickness.We used to paint manually using spray gun. But due to this, the employees are feeling uneasy to do the job due to spitting of the paint whole day on them, smell and lot of wastage of paint is noticed.

In order to come out of this situation, we are planning to have automatic spray-paining machine, which can be useful to paint the above mentioned area sheets, without manual intervention by running the sheets on rollers/any other media. There should be some paint collection tray/option to collect the excess paint, which can be reused. If there is any option available without wasting paint by directly paining the required area alone, kindly suggest.

Process to be noted : Please note that it will take two days for us to complete one cycle. On the first day we will paint on one side of the sheet and dry it. One the second day we will reverse the sheet and paint it on the second side and dry it. We need to leave the sheet for full one day to dry.

We will be very much grateful if you can kindly provide/suggest us the machinery details which are available to serve our purpose.
