RFQ Details

We are looking for adhesive tape in jumbo roll and finished roll.
Our requirements are:

1.BOPP Transparent and Brown (50% each one)

Price: Per 20FCL , FOB and C&F Acajutla Port El Salvador, Central America
Jumbo rolls width 60 inches max or 1524mm
Tensile Strength: 90 MPA
Thickness: 45 microns
Elongation: >75 N/cm
Adhesion > N/25 mm
Quantity: 12X20 FCL per year

***** Tape (General Purpose)

Price: Per container FOB and C&F Acajutla Port El Salvador, Central America.
Jumbo rolls width 60 inches max or 1524mm
180 peel adhesion: >0.75 kgf/25mm
Holding power: >6 hrs
Tensile strength: > 25 N/cm
Elongation: < 20%
Thickness: 120-130-140 & 150 microns
Quantity: 12X20FCL per year


***** First Scenario is considering to combine inside a container a mix of PVC finished roll tapes, Duct and Fiber glass jumbo rolls.

PVC Tape ¾ inches*20 m*7 mils/UL approved/20% inside on 20FCL/How is the individual finished roll packing?
PVC Tape ¾ inches*10Yards* 5 mils/electrical grade/NO UL approved/ 20%inside on 20FCL/ How is the individual finished roll packing?
Duct tape Jumbo rolls 750mm*1000m/Suggest thickness/40% inside on 20FCL.
Fiber Glass tape on Jumbo rolls 750mm*1000m /Suggest thickness/20% inside on 20FCL.

4. The second Scenario is considering to combine inside a container a mix of PVC electrical grade on finished roll tapes, Duct and Fiber glass tapes finished rolls. The percentage for each product inside a 20FCL are the same given in the previous (3) numeral.

Please, is very important that you send us, about this material, attached with your quotation, a technical data sheet per quoted material, general information regarding: size per roll (long, width and weight), export packaging, quantity per 20´container, delivery time, payment term, discounts per volume and all data that you consider are important to negotiate an business agreement.
