 Appearance : Homogenous powder
 Moisture : Not more than 12% by weight.
 Total Ash : Not more than 8% by weight.
 Crude fiber : Not more than 18% by weight.
 Colour : Characteristic of White pepper
 TThe powder shall conform to the following standards,

Moisture Not more than 12 % by weight.

Total ash Not more than 9.5 %by weight.

Ash insoluble in dilute HCL Not more than 1.5 %by weight.
