Buyer would prefer to buy ex works as they have their own containers and flexi-tanks

Payment Terms: 100% L/C on sight or T/T 20% deposit but that would have to be matched by a 20% bank guarantee from the seller, such that if they did not perform or gave below standard spec then we could claim against the guarantee.
