Details: On behalf of our client we are pleased to let you know that there is a Star pet tank farm for sale which has is 2.5acres of land with jetty of 10m depth, dredge-able to 20m depth to accept mother vessel at Ijegun coast satellite town Lagos. 3 tank capacity to handle AGO, DPK, and PMS of 25000mt, 5 modern pantries that can load 150 truck.

Price: 15 Billion Naira.

Procedure: The intending buyer will need to write a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the seller. Once this is issued and executed and forwarded to us, we will contact the seller to arrange an appointment to visit the site.
