RFQ Details

Dear Sir/Madam,


The schedule of requirements is as below.

1. 144 pieces of RMUs consisting of 2 feeder panels and 1 transformer panel.
2. 2 pieces of RMUs consisting of 3 feeder panels and 2 transformer panel.
3. 10 pieces of RMUs consisting of 3 feeder panels and 1 transformer panel.
4. 2 pieces of RMUs consisting of 4 feeder panels and 1 transformer panel.

-The Manufacturer shall have ISO 9001 or equivalent
quality assurance certificate. A copy such certificate
shall be submitted with the bid.

-The minimum experience required in manufacturing of the switchgear shall not be less than seven (7) years.

-Evidence of the suitability of the switchgear shall be provided in the form of type test reports and certificates from the relevant International or National Testing/Standards Authority or ISO/IEC 17025 accredited independent laboratory.

-The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it has supplied at similar equipment outside the country of manufacture.

-List of manufacturer customer sales records submitted to support the offer
The following information will be required:

(a) List of manufacturer customer sales records submitted to support the offer
(b) Details of the supply contracts:
a. The name of the project and its location.
b. The clients name, address and contact person.
c. Project cost in dollars
d. Equipment (RMU) Details

Reference Letters

(d) Copies of quality management certifications including copy of valid ISO
9001: 2008 certificate shall be submitted with the tender for evaluation.
(e) Documentary evidence that the manufacturer shall have obtained KEMA type
certification or equivalent for the manufacturer of ring main units.
3. The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the Goods it
offers meet the technical performance standards:
