RFQ Details

Dear Mr. Sir/Madam;

We are already producing power and steam for our own requirements. Keeping the future alternative fuels in perspective we have currently commissioned Rice Husk Fired Boilers and are using Rice Husk as fuel to produce 10 TPH Steam at 8 bar for our textile process at one of our Textile and Apparel units located at Manga- Lahore, Pakistan.

We have worked out for the availability of different alternative fuels mentioned as below:
i. Rice Husk
ii. Corn cob
iii. Wood
iv. Solid Waste (sorted)
v. Coal

Based on above mentioned fuels we are planning now to generate electricity using High Pressure Boiler with condensing with extraction steam turbine to generate 3 to 5 MW of electricity. 10 TPH steam will be extracted at 10 bar from alternative fuels (mentioned above) by using following options:
i. To burn biomasses, solid wastes and coal as proportionate mixtures
ii. To burn biomasses as single fuel.
iii. To burn coal as single fuel
iv. To burn solid waste as single fuel

We look forward to receive a budgetary proposal for High Pressure Boiler with Steam Turbine for above mentioned requirement. The proposal should be in breakup format showing cost breakup for Steam Turbine, Boiler part, Auxiliaries with all utility requirements and OandM cost etc.
