We are trading company from Thailand. We are looking for a nice with long term business from around the world. We want to visit factory and sign contract at factory or trading company office. We can do more contract before visiting factory as trading company request to protect us go to factory directly after visiting. Payment term is depends on discussion but we prefer 30% after sign contract 30% after B/L and another export documents 40% after receiving goods at destination port in Thailand.
