6.1 The final price will be based on a 3 day arithmetic average of mean Platts quotations (PJAAU00), one day before until one day after delivery and acceptance of the goods by the BUYER at the port of destination, minus a discount of 71.01 $/mt (-9 USD/bbl using 7.89 bbl/t as a barrel factor).
