RFQ Details

I am looking for a lot of 20 radial ball or roller bearings for my nonspecific small business operations, to be conducted in the next 4-6 months. Here are some of the general specifications that would fit my order (none of these need to be exact, they are just relative features that would operate with the most efficiency): Inner Diameter: 15 mm Outer Diameter: 32 mm Width: 9 mm This type, I believe, is a popular size and can be used in many electrical mechanical devices. If possible, I would like the bearings to be paired and adhered along a 706 mm axle made of solid wood, aluminum, or steel; this axle doesn't have to be tolerenced, precision engineered, or threaded in any fashion, just provided so that they fit tightly within the inner diameter of the specified ball/roller bearings and that they are adhered either by epoxy/resin, welds, solder, or cold-weld rivets. These axles are not requirements to the order, they are just an eventual requirement to their usage in my future affairs, making it ideal for the axles to be provided by the distributer/manufacturer I am contacting Bearings should be made of Chrome Steel and be able to rotate at up to 15,000 RPM Each bearing should have two rubber or metal seals to protect the bearing from dust or any possible contamination Bearings need to be pre-lubricated well with grease Bearings can be roller or ball bearings, whichever can be provided at the lowest unit price and with the highest discount on a 20 unit lot (although this order really isn't large enough for any substantial discount in price) Once again, I will provide the bare specifications to sum up my order
