RFQ Details

I would like to inform you that we want to make an order of 25,000 ton of white NON GMO maize to be delivered to mombasa CIF.
Currently in over half of the countries in Africa there is a serious draught that has left millions suffering in hunger. For this reason we are looking for large quanties of this white maize.

The product itself does not have to be packaged in special bags and bulk loading on to the freight vessel is acceptable.

We have a set specification that needs to be complied with which involves certain health certificiations. Attached you should find a copy of our specification.

We would appreciate it greatly if you were able to provide us with a quotation for the aforementioned order with details of the actual method of payment. It must be noted that our buyers are not able to enter a transaction that involves an advance payment. The only acceptable method of payment is by opening a confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight and with the relevant documents

Also, the quotation should include a proposed date for the arrival of the goods at mombasa port.
