You are reading from Mr Ian Reed , though this might come to you as a surprise but nevertheless kindly peruse through ***** work as an Account Officer for a Transport Minister presently in West Africa where I was asked to get the following for a compensation of my sincerity towards their accounts. I have contacted ypu based on some of qaulities we read about your company through our search, that will be able supply qaulity building materials like iron rods, , building glasses, heavy metal steels, roofing sheets and so on for the consturction of roads, bridges, low cost buildings and also cars for government officials etc.

This contract can only work if you have a registered company, duly registered in your country. A mobilization fund in the tune of 80% was agreed between the Minister and I for Foreign Contractors while 60% for local contractors. I was given this opportunity because of the closeness between I and the Minister and for the mere fact that oversee his assets in Asia and ***** see it as a golden opportunity and would not want to be disappointed. Please bear in mind that before the release of the mobilization fund for the said supply, we must
receive a copy of the following from you:
