RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

The trial order of each kind is one or two 20'FCL. And the following will be 100-120MT per kind per month.
For oil in PET bottle, with Buyer's label.

No.1---- 100% refined sunflower seed oil, in flexy tank.
*FOB the origin country seaport: USD /MT;
*CIF Melbourne: USD /MT;
*Tonnage in one 20' flexi tank;
*Production time;
*Shipment time to Melbourne via sea (i.e. less than 35days).

No. 2----100% refined sunflower oil, in 5L and 10L PET bottled.
*FOB the origin country seaport: USD /MT;
*CIF Melbourne: USD /MT;
*CIF Athens: USD /MT;
*Tonnage in one 20'FCL;
*Qty. of 5L and 10L PET bottles in one 20'FCL respectively;
*Production time;
*Lead time to Melbourne via sea (i.e. less than 30 days);
*Lead time to Athens (i.e. less than 10 days).

No. 3----refined salad oil (80% sunflower oil+20% olive oil; the olive oil is of the lowest grade Ordinary Virgin), in 5L and 10L PET bottles.
*FOB the origin country seaport: USD /MT;
*CIF Melbourne: USD /MT;
*CIF Athens: USD /MT;
*Tonnage in one 20'FCL;
*Qty. of 5L and 10L PET bottles in one 20'FCL respectively;
*Production time;
*Lead time to Melbourne via sea (i.e. less than 30 days);
*Lead time to Athens (i.e. less than 10 days).

Credentials
1. Your company registration certificate;
2. Your taxation certificate;
3. Your export license if any;
4. Can you provide EURO 1? If yes, pls send the copy.
5. Do you have HALAL? If yes, pls send the copy.
6. The Complete Chemical Analysis Report;
7. Two scanned copies of recent B/L you provided to other clients (i.e. you can cover some privacy info.)
8. Two copies of recent SGS reports.
