RFQ Details

We are a company called Y-Less Enterprises Pty Ltd from Melbourne Australia.We would like to have produced and shipped to Melbourne Australia, the following;

A generator/alternator/dynamo which is to recharge/maintain charge on a 12 volt battery. It is to have 2 amps minimal regulated
physical size to be around 150mm - 200mm in diameter x 100mm deep. It will need to rotate at approximately 550 - 600 revs at a travelling speed of around 80kmph
It must achieve a value of equal to the IP65 sealing standard
we will require 100, 000 + units with a strong possibility of being 10+ times this amount if initial sales escalate quickly
It's use is in the motor vehicle trailer industry and is to be axel mounted.
