Kamensk Uralsky Metallurgical Works ***** calls for the open tender to win a contract: 300 MN Vertical Hydraulic Forging Press Modernization.

Press modernization to include:
- Press technical state evaluation and repair list compilation
- Coordination on repair and modernization work scope with a customer un terms of the target specification
- Supply of necessary equipment
- Repair of press parts, units, and machinery
- Unnecessary equipment demounting
- Modernization and replacement of existing pump-and-accumulator station systems, hydraulic and electric equipment, control system, software installation, etc.
- Entire accomplishment of construction/erection and commissioning work scope associated with press repair and modernization
- Press working area arrangement in compliance with regulative guidelines on labor protection, safety engineering and enivironment
- Development and release of operation and servicing instructions
- Training process and repair personnel on press operation and servicing.

Companies experienced in design, modernization, and manufacture of new vertical hydraulic forging presses with force more than 50 MN.

The companies willing to participate in the tender shall submit a written notification on a decision to take part in the bid to obtain a target specification. The written notification shall specify: a complete company name, a contact person for consultations on prepaparations of the bid application, as well company's address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address.

Tender participation applications shall be submitted in a printed form, authenticated by a company manager's signature and stamp.
