5 inch by 6 inch hardcover book

I have 6 different books that need to be printed. They will be hardcover books, case bound or perfect bound. They are all 5 inches by 6 inches in size. 5 inches in height and 6 inches in length (landscape). They have 62 pages. Inside pages will be text only, black ink only. However, I would like to have the first page printed in color if possible. These books are like journals, and customers who buy them will be writing in them. So, the inside pages should NOT be glossy or coated, and they should be thicker (heavier) than a standard paper. I think 100 gsm, matte paper would work. I would also like a gloss lamination on the cover.
