Buyer Information

RFQ Details

Hong Kong beast client needs 3000 metric tons per month for a 12 month contract. Please refer to the following procedures:

1) Buyer confirms offer and issues an LOI (I have the LOI in hand and will be sent to serious inquirers).
2) Seller confirms/approves LOI and issues FCO.
3) Buyer signs and returns FCO.
4) Seller issues draft contract open for amendments and modification if any both parties sign and seal's contract and endorse with authorities concerned.
5) Seller provides the following proof of product to be sent to buyer via email.
5i) Quality/ availability of product.
5ii) Confirmation commitment to supply.
5iii) Sellers incorporation certificate.
5iv) Certificate of product origin.
6) Seller issues draft contract to buyer
7) Final contract is signed and exchanged via fax or email and/or hardcopies.
8) Seller will follow bridge shipping procedure from start to end of delivery successfully.
9) Buyer will conduct the inspection at bridge shipping warehouse at his cost.
10) All storage costs at C. Steinweg will be borne by Metsia.
11) Buyer makes payment 100% by TT within 72 hours/3 working days against full set of shipping documents and SGS/AHK inspection reports at bridge shipping warehouse.
12) Subsequently monthly deliveries follow as contract.

Following is a list of POP to be provided by seller:
a) Export Permit Certificate and Export License
b) Ownership of the Cargo issued by Authority.
c) Official Chemical Assaying Report
d) Statement of Availability of the Products of Storage Certificate
