RFQ Details

AVIATION KEROSENE COLONIAL GRADE JP54 JETFUEL

TRIAL first SPOT 0.5-1.0Mbbls, following of one year contract 3.0-5.0Mbbls per month.

FOB ROTTERDAM STORAGE TANK (rented by SELLER, price covered by BUYER)/INJECTION FROM PIPE or IN A VESSEL


DISCOUNT: Platt reference -10$/8$

COMMISSIONS: 50% minimum 1$/1$ Buyer side/Seller side, NCNDA/IMFPA is issued, signed and sent back by the intermediaries, also endorsed by SELLER´S bank and returned.

PROCEDURE:

1. BUYER, send purchase order to the SELLER.

2. SELLER, send CI (commercial invoice) to BUYER.

3. SELERR issues the below PPOP documents to buyer by swift b MT 799 bank to bank and BUYER bank will issues pre- advised DLC. The SELLER has to activate the DLC by 2% (PB) Performance Bond.

a)Tank storage agreement with Tank Farm
b)Tank storage receipt (for life table product stored in Tank Farm)
c)Passport product analysis (SGS)
d)Injection Report

4. SELLER injects the product into buyer̢۪s vessel to enable him to conducts Q&Q on the product.

5. After SGS report result, SELLER has to provide final invoice to BUYER and payment will be released DLC, MT103 against title transfer bank to bank and SELLER issues all exportation documents to BUYER, immediately.

6. BUYER and SELLER sign 12 months contract.
