We manages each mold and Customer request as a Project, it is made and controlled during the manufacturing process but not onlymeasured at the last step and we are a ISO9001 certificated mold/product manufacturer.

To guarantee the mold tools life and molding quality, we use well brand quality steel such as P20, harden steel (H13), material certificate available if required.We usually use DME standard size components and other standards can be used upon request. We use Mold flow analysis when needed. We accept drawing system as Master Cam, UG, Pro-E, AutoCAD etc. We can arrange tool shipments to customer's door if required with full related documents.
