Gentlemen,

It gives us great pleasure to introduce our company Al Yosr Foundation for Import functioning in the field of metals trading as Stock Holders & Traders.

We have a 15 years experience in the Egyptian Aluminium Market and a full access to the clients from different types and categories.

We have a monthly demand between 300 to 500 MT of semi-finished Aluminium products:
1. Aluminium Circles,
2. Coils,
3. Sheets,
4. Treated Plates,
5. Profiles.

We are establishing the biggest Aluminium Stock enterprise in Egypt and we aim to work as a Sales Agent or Distributor on a commission bases in Egypt.

We are seeking Aluminium Manufacturer have the ability to appoint us as their sales agency subject to the following:

1. Payment Term (Consignment)
Price 100% shall be paid after releasing the total cargo from the customs within 120 to 180 days.

(LME 10 days average + USD (your quote)) a competitive price which suit the Egyptian Market.

3.Price Settlement
The Inception price here above is based on last ten (10) days average of the London Metals Exchange daily average.
Then in case the average of the last ten (10) days before the date of arrival to the Egyptian Port the last average was less USD100 or more the price will be settled (recalculated) according to this reduction OTHERWISE the inception price will be final.
This settlement is effective in case of stock market price reductions only.
