Following up with your office, I am sending you the following information pertaining to Argonault Corporation. We are looking for a manufacturer to produce this PWC (Powered Wheel Chair) for every country around the World.

We would like to engage your organization to manufacture and sell this product for the North America and Global Markets (i.e. North America, Europe, Asia etc.)

We would be giving your organization a Licensing Agreement and a Transfer of Technology Documents to start the manufacturing process of this product for North America and the rest of the World.

I will be sending you the Protocols of Intention to review and signed by your company. When this is complete we would require you to come to Toronto to see the Engineering Prototype 2 & 3.
