Atlantic Salmon fillets fresh or frozen

I am starting a smoke salmon operation with a fantastic product. I need to find a regular supplier of very high quality Fesh and frozen Atlantic Salmon fillets, prefer PBO and skin must be on for smoking. I would like the fillets to be vacuum packed. i will probally start up using frozen sides and once the volume builds up, go with fresh product. I have a niche market in this area that is going to do very well. I hope to hear from you. Thank you.
