Payment Terms:
1) We accept: MT 760 (SBLC) or Irrevocable Transferable Letter or Credit (ITLC)

2) MT760 is a guarantee only (one -1- month value guarantee, irrevocable, confirmed)

3) Pay at each load (excluding delivery to Malaysia) after receiving shipment documents (Bill of Lading, SGS certificate & etc)

4) MT 760 Value: valid for one year and issued or confirmed by a TOP 100 World Banks

5) We do not require any sort of upfront partial payment, a MT 760 is an instrument from buyer's bank to seller's bank guaranteeing buyer has enough funds available to perform the contract.

6) After issuing the non-transferable guarantee, buyer receives a banking confirmation of Proof of Product as well as a Performance Bond (2% value) to ensure seller's contract performance.

7) An effective payment (fund transfer) is only made after the seller's bank provides all the shipment documents to the buyer's bank, with the corresponding cargo value to be paid by MT 103.

8) We operate by ICC trade guideline and under UCP 600 rules.

9) These terms are non-negotiable, and other payment options are not accepted.
