Our Process

We have Two ways to participate:
First, Direct Access Buyer:

1. Vertex sends portfolio (REOs, tax deeds, PNs,
etc.) that meets Buyer’s criteria
2. Buyers will have 72 hours to put in their best offer
3. Buyer with best offer will put up 1% deposit into escrow and have 7 day due diligence period to close.
4. Buyer will purchase portfolio with purchase sales agreement through escrow and receive product.

Second, Custom Package Buyer:
1. Buyer fills out Vertex buyer’s criteria sheet.
2. Vertex develops a customized package that fits buyer’s criteria (geographic location, pricing, type of
product, etc.).
3. Buyer will put up 1% deposit in escrow and have 7 day due diligence period to close.
4. Buyer will purchase portfolio with purchase sales agreement through escrow.
