Kindly be informed that we are planning for a factory to produce 3000 tons of finished porcelain table sets per year in Egypt.

Please be informed that our production conditions are as the following:-

Our shaping process will mix between Isocratic pressing, roller jiggering shaping as well as casting.

Our firing temperatures will be as the following:-

Biscuits firing Maximum working temperature: 1100ÂºC .
Glost firing Maximum working temperature: 1300ÂºC Atmosphere acirc oxidising and reducing.
Decoration firing Maximum working temperature: 1300ÂºC Atmosphere - oxidising for in and on glaze firing.
