Dear ladies and gentlemen,

we have reviewed your announcement and we would ask you
for a quotation a.s.a.p., because we are working together
with another business partner who
needs the products fast.


1. Do you have a legal representative in Brazil?
2. Could you send us a hard copy of the complete product line?
3. Could you send us the complete price list?

(We are an import-export company, therefore we need the complete price
list, because we want to offer all of the products to our partners.
We will not pick a specific product, we need the price lists for
our reference.)

4. How do you cover warranty issues?
5. Did you sell to Brazil already?
6. Do your products need an INMETRO certificate?
