The specific requirements are as follows: 1. An initial spot shipment of 50,000 metric tons, destined for China, intended for the Government of China. 2. A monthly supply contract of 150,000 metric tons for 12 consecutive months, also for the Government of China. 3. Additionally, a spot shipment of 100,000 metric tons is required for Dubai.
