RFQ Details

We seek to make contact with an entrepreneur, who wants to make real money,
The projects in our portfolio with the West African territories, in partnership with the Government under PPP and Built Operate and transfer (BOT) are the following:
Mass Housing
Seaport
100, 000 BPD Refinery
Airport
Rail
2000 MW Of Power
Gas Fractioning Plant
Oil Blocks Exploration
Mining
Roads
Using our high level contacts with key Government officials, we have built over many years. We have been able to secure a principle approval for this above listed opportunities.

We have also source for our technical partners from Europe to America top construction companies who agreed to partner us.

The challenge we are currently facing is we need some funds for mobility purpose, we can only get funders after we have the contract awarded to us hence we are looking for someone who is willing to partner us and invest between $100-300K.
This investment is to cover our traveling and hotel cost, we will form an SPV with this investor in which the projects will be awarded to. We will undertake to travel together with this investor or their representative to sign the contracts.

We have been able to secure the following terms with the Government of this west African contries subject to contract:

Government to counter funding the 20% of the total project cost under PPP
Government issuing Guarantee to secure the investment
We will build and operate the projects under BOT 30 years term
Government will give us up to 5 years tax break.
Government undertaking to assist or procure relevant licenses and approvals for the projects.

We have source for project funding company willing to fund the above opportunities but they can only provide the funds after the project have been awarded to us.
