Dear Sir, Please be advised of the buying procedures we will accept for Ghana Au dore purchase... At present we are interested and ready to enter into SPA Agreement with capable licensed sellers, who can supply 100 to 500 kg per month of 22k Dore - est 96% Au, subject to being able to work with our procedure as attached herein. We will use Italtec refinery in Accra to receive securely each delivery from seller, and we are also willing to offer the seller an upfront payment within 24hours after assaying at Italtec in Accra. Subject to seller accepting our purchase terms, please provide either an SCO ( SOFT CORPORATE OFFER).. or straight to SPA ( SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT) in the first instance as follows.
