The Seller or their Mandate will issue a Full Corporate Offer (FCO). 2. Upon signing the FCO and Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), the Buyer is required to make a 2% payment via wire transfer to the Seller, along with their delivery address. This payment will enable the Seller to conduct testing of the gold at the DNGM Government Laboratory. The Seller will cover all associated governmental taxes, documentation, insurance, customs, and air freight costs, which will be deducted from the final payment for the gold after delivery and assay at the Buyer's refinery. 3. The Seller will provide copies of all export documents related to the delivery to the Buyer 24 hours before shipment departure from Mali to the Buyers destination. The Buyer will also be responsible for arranging hotel accommodations for the Seller's representative at the final destination. 4. The Seller's representative will travel on the same flight as the gold from Mali to the Buyers refinery. The details of the next shipment and quantity will be determined by the Buyer. 5.
