RFQ Details

*Requirement-3* Dear Sir, We hereby express our formal intent to purchase Copper Cathodes as per the details outlined below. This LOI is issued in good faith, reflecting our commitment to proceed with the transaction upon confirmation of all agreed terms and conditions. *COMMODITY* Product: Copper Cathodes (99.99% purity, Grade A) Specifications: Electrolytic copper, conforming to international standards, minimum cathode thickness 12mm, packaging with steel belt *ORIGIN* Africa (Zambia, DR Congo) or South America *QUANTITY* Trial: 1,000 Metric Tons Contract: 10,000 Metric Tons per Month for 12 months, with extensions subject to mutual agreement *PRICE* LME minus % discount, inclusive of all third-party fees *DELIVERY TERMS* Loading: Secured Steinweg Warehouse only *PAYMENT TERMS* 1. Trial Shipment: Payment through Escrow or blocked funds. 2. Contract Shipments: Payment via DLC (MT700) issued from a reputable bank. 3. Subsequent shipment schedule to be determined in agreement with the seller. *INSPECTION* Pre-shipment inspection: Conducted by SGS at the sellers expense at the port of loading/secure warehouse. Post-shipment inspection: Conducted by SGS at the port of discharge, with costs borne by the buyer. Seller to provide quantity and quality certificates for each shipment. *ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS* 1. Both parties are required to use their prime Steinweg account as security for the transaction to ensure mutual compliance and capability. 2. Proof of Product (POP) and the seller's Steinweg account details are required to confirm the seller's capability to deliver the product. Once the price is accepted will arrange a zoom meeting with the buyer and the seller Both will share their Company Profile and other documents Awaiting for your favorable reply as early as possible With the above terms i hold totally 4 buyers
