We will give TSR / Q88 & Cargo Manifest after DIP TEST Buyer is not willing to pay in any means before confirmation of product, Following below terms before dip test (UDTA) Not accepatble Injection Program Agreement, tank extention , dip test to be completed, sign from legistics, ATV buyer Tank farm, Registere terminal to get clear access permit, or in any other means/terms are not acceptable in which buyer have to pay before Dip Test Client requirment regarding TTO En590 10ppm Client will deposit 2% in Refinery ESCROW Bank Account, Not Acceptable,,,,seller agent/ Attorney ESCROW Account Client Requirment Regarding CIF En590 10ppm.
