I have grown up on the ocean my entire life and believe that we need to do all we can to protect what we have. I have just started a new job at Feldts, a fish and shellfish company based in Kungshamn. We are at the beginning of a new project aiming to use as many bi-products from our production line as possible. One of our main products we produce are peeled shrimps. Having been a chef for the past twenty years, I understand the importance of controlling costs but maintaining standards, therefore I believe I have the ideal product for you. The product I have is shrimp heads and shells, which as you can imagine are ideal for making shellfish stock. We are able to supply the shells and heads naturally or we can even roast them for you, saving you time and money in your kitchen ( also taking away the smell that this process creates).
