A buyer from Dubai needs chicken meat and chicken eggs (brown and white eggs). But tpurchase under their procedures. Here are below, their need and their procedure: 1- Products details: White eggs----Jumbo Size eggs/30 eggs per tray and 12 trays per carton/3 container 40 ft. Brown eggs----Jumbo Size eggs/30 eggs per tray and 12 trays per carton/2 container 40 ft. Chicken Meat---with skin and without giblets/10 KG per carton/3 container 40 ft. 2- Their procedures: PROCEDURE IN DETAIL Following explains our procedure from starting to till end of transaction; ? Importer issues Letter of intent to Exporter as a request for Quotation. ? Exporter issues CIF or CNF Jebel Ali Port Quotation. ? Importer checks the Quotation and gives best possible rates in form of Offer Letter. ? If supplier accepts the offer letter, then Importer issues Purchase Order. ? Exporter accepts the Purchase Order in form of signed and stamped Scanned copy. ? Exporter packs and loads the material. Exporter will keep updating the buyer with pics and videos of all processes. ? As soon as vessel leaves the country-of-origin port, exporter sends Seaway Bill of Lading/Telex Bill of Lading along with all other shipping scanned documents to buyer. ? Importer will also update the Exporter with live pics and videos. ? Providing original Shipping document on time to Importer will be responsibility of exporter to ensure on time deliveries. ?
