Hi, My company is interested in buying Halal meat. I am sending you our specifications to what kind of meat and how much we are interested in buying. Here are our specifications: -Ovine /Bovine chilled lamb meat -Lamb must be under 12 months -Preferably male -No permanent tooth -Carcass weigh 12-18 -Maximum weight of the carcass 18Kg - average weight not exceeding 16Kg -500 Ton The production has to fully comply with with Irish / UK standards for hygienic production and transportation of meat and meat prodcuts for human consuption: -Expert control act (1982) and subordinate legislation including the Export Control (Meat and Meat Products) Orders 2005 and the Export Control (Prescribed Goods-General) Order 2005- What would be the delivery time?
