RFQ Details

I have a client who has a 3 day TSR, but in the name of his previous seller who did not perform, the TSR is unused / not used / open for use. Buyer shall give TSR/Receipt to Seller for verification. After confirmation of buyer TSR, the seller must issue a complete POP, After POP verification, the buyer will pay the fee to change the title of the TSR to the current seller's name and will give TSR to the seller. Now, the buyer is curious about his investment. the buyer is not willing to transfer the title to the TSR to the current seller name until the seller gives him proof of product. The buyer is already in trouble because his investment is stuck. The buyer is interested in a supplier that accepts its TSR and allows the buyer to change the entitlement only after POP. Buyer wants to lift Jet A1 and En590 10PPM FOB ROTTERDAM, Huston, Dip and pay procedure Non sanctioned 1 Million bbl 100,000 EN590 10PPM Please share your SCO Best Regards,
