Mr. Ramon I have a buyer for jp54 they want a trial 2mil bbls then will sign contract for 5mil bbls for 12 months. All the buyer ask for in your procedures is unconditional dta and they are allowed to perform dip test first before they hire tank farm, that will assure them the fuel does exist. Sir if your refinery can accept those two conditions and buyer target price of between $48 - $57usd then by all means send me your offer so you can get started.
