RFQ Details

We would like to ask if your company is able to manufacture a flexible pre-insulated PEX pipe system similar to BRUGG CALPEX. For reference, we mean a system with: PEX-a carrier pipe (25 mm / 32 mm) Polyurethane (PU) insulation HDPE outer jacket Flexible, coilable pipe Designed to be installed without underground joints Example reference product: ???? We understand this may not be identical to BRUGGs industrial process. For the first stage, we are interested in a semi-manual or customized production method, optimized for standard transportation (coil diameter max. 2.32.4 m, length 3035 m). Could you please confirm: 1. If this type of pipe is possible for you to manufacture 2. Which parts you can supply (PEX-a pipe, insulation, HDPE jacket, or full system) 3. Your suggested technical solution After market validation, we are open to long-term cooperation and joint investment in industrial equipment similar to BRUGG technology.
