RFQ Details

I import Barley and Sorghum into Kenya.

I buy 15, 000 MT of Barley per month at either $225 MT in Africa or $170 MT anywhere in the world.

I buy 10, 000 MT of Sorghum per month at either $280 MT in Africa or $200 MT anywhere in the world.

I realize these values in the world are very cheap, because of shipping costs and import duties this is all I can afford outside of Africa. I have money and I can cash out sellers up to this amount of each quantity monthly. I can buy smaller amounts.

I can pay by Sight Letter of Credit or Swift wire transfer.

Suggested Procedures:

1) Seller provides samples and 3rd party verification (SGS)
2) I issue purchase order against the product.
3) Seller commences FOB (preferably) or FAS delivery to mutually agreed port.
4) SGS certifies
5) Within 10 business days I arrange Charter Party Agreement, Open LC, or pay by swift.
6) Goods are transfered into my name, delivery commences to Kenya.

I am the principle to the contract.
