Descriptions of BEEF HEAD&CHEEK MEAT are below:
Fresh Frozen Beef Head Meat trimming, with specific details as per following points
a) Product "Head Meat" comprises approximately 80% Cheeks ( no tendons, papilae off,
membrane off) and other pieces of meat that derived from the head of animals, xxxxx meat
from the 'nape' (back of head/neck), jaw meat (chin meats);
b) All pieces of meat are minimum 95VL, without any blood clots, without any nerves
nor membranes, well deffatted, washed if necessary, drained and pre-chilled before
packing. Meats are block packed into cardboard cartons (lined with high density
polyethilene film); each carton with net catchweight 25 kg;
